This website is operated by CG Design & Co. (ABN 25 672 082 550) ("we", "us", "our"), a web design studio based in Australia. Our registered/business address is St Luke Street, Randwick NSW 2031, Australia. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@cgdesignaus.com.

What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Enquiry form details — your name, email address, business name, existing website URL (if you give one), the service you're asking about, and, if you've used the pricing estimator, a summary of what you selected. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.
• Technical data — standard information your browser sends automatically to any website, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of loading the page and fonts.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't buy, sell, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• Prepare a quote or proposal if you ask for one.
• Keep a record of the enquiry for our own reference.

We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries as the legal basis for this.

Who we share it with

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us via Formspree, a third-party form-handling service that processes the submission on our behalf. This site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of that request. We don't share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no ongoing reason to keep them, we will.

Your rights

As a small business, we're generally exempt from the Privacy Act 1988, but we handle your data in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as good practice. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Delete your data, where we don't have a legal reason to keep it.
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose.

To do any of this, email info@cgdesignaus.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
