A few things to know.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Arrive about 10 minutes early to fill in a short consultation form — this helps us tailor your treatment and flag anything we should know beforehand. From there, it's just about settling in and relaxing.
Do I need a patch test before certain treatments?
Yes — for some facials and all waxing treatments we ask for a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. We'll let you know when you book if your treatment needs one.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Is parking available nearby?
There's short-stay parking within a couple of minutes' walk, plus we're an easy walk from the city centre if you're getting the bus or train in.
